Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CHAMELAION GmbH, Berger Straße 342, D-60385 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, registered in the Commercial Register at the Local Court of Frankfurt am Main under HRB 136581, VAT ID: DE450519324, E-Mail: support@chamelaion.com, Tel: +49 162 4536164) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract in comparison to the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
