Yannik is the COO and co-founder of CHAMELAION, combining expertise in engineering and business to scale the company. He oversees sales and finance, driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and financial planning. In addition, he supports overall company operations, ensuring efficient processes and sustainable expansion.

Kerim is the CTO at CHAMELAION, specializing in backend development, cloud solutions, and infrastructure management. He focuses on designing scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant software solutions, incorporating advanced algorithms to ensure optimal system performance. His professional expertise spans robust API development, real-time data processing, and DevOps methodologies involving containerization, orchestration, streaming technologies, and infrastructure provisioning.

Aneeza is the Senior Creative Lead at CHAMELAION, shaping the visual identity of the brand across all platforms. With a strong background in website design, UI/UX, multimedia, and corporate branding, she brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to every project. Her collaborative mindset and ability to deliver under pressure ensure that CHAMELAION’s design language remains consistent, compelling, and user-centric - supporting both product innovation and marketing growth.

Filip is the Sales Manager at CHAMELAION, driving sales strategy and spearheading customer acquisition. With extensive experience in client relations and growth initiatives, he combines a strong analytical foundation from his industrial engineering background with a dynamic, competitive mindset honed during his career as a professional athlete to fuel rapid and sustainable business growth.

Wanessa is the Marketing Communications Strategist at CHAMELAION, shaping the company’s voice and storytelling across all channels. With a background in marketing, public relations, and technology communication, she translates complex AI innovation into clear and engaging narratives. Holding a double degree in Communication and Information Law, she combines creative insight with a deep understanding of digital ethics. Her strategic approach ensures CHAMELAION's message reaches the right audience, builds trust, and inspires action — fueling the company’s growth and global presence.

Konstantin is the Founders Associate at CHAMELAION, partnering with the founders on strategic initiatives that drive the company’s mission forward. With experience in venture capital and startup communications, he works across multiple functions to align priorities and turn ideas into execution. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Radboud University in the Netherlands, where he is also part of the Honours Programme and spent a semester abroad at King’s College London. Bringing skills in strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management, he contributes to our growth with structure and creativity.

Pierre is a Machine Learning & Data Engineer at CHAMELAION, developing multimodal data pipelines, machine learning models, and contributing to frontend development. He previously researched New Practice in Art & Technology at Universität der Künste and Technische Universität Berlin and worked as a freelance web developer. With a background in computer science and physics and currently pursuing a Master’s in Design & Computation, he combines technical expertise with conceptual versatility to tackle complex challenges.
